2021 Continuous National Ranking to date

Feb 15, 2021

CEC is excited to publish the 2021 Continuous National Ranking (CNR) to date.

The purpose of the Continuous National Ranking (CNR) is to provide a system for ranking athletes based on performances at multiple levels of domestic, continental and world competitions. The CNR calculation will remain consistent from season to season and is the base framework for athlete selections.

The current calculation involves events in 2019 and 2020, and has been prepared following the framework of the CNR.

This current CNR will be used to select the First Intake of athletes to the 2021 High Performance Program (HPP). Athletes selected in the HPP will receive support from CEC’s National Coach – Libor Hroza, and CEC’s High Performance Director – Andrew Wilson.

2021 Selected Athletes will receive an email today, and final list will be published shortly on the CEC website.

2021 being the first year of the 2024 Paris Olympic Squad, the athletes selected today may be the ones stepping on the podium at the end of these games! Follow their journey and support them by purchasing you 2020-2021 Supporter License today!
